Fabricated Aluminium Trims & Flashings

CMS manufacture a wide range of Trims, Flashings and Starter Tracks for the EWI, Plastering & Building Industry.

We manufacture as standard a range of profiles that are extensively used within these industries. All of our “standard” profiles are manufactured from 1.2mm pre-painted White Aluminium Sheet. To ensure maximum quality, all of our products are supplied with a protective low tack peel off plastic film to protect the product during manufacture, transport and installation ensuring the product reaches you in perfect condition.

Our products are manufactured using the latest CNC machine tool technologies. Materials are sheared using a CNC Guillotine whilst profiling is carried out using CNC lasers and punch machines. Forming is carried out using a CNC 120 Ton press brake accurate to 0.1 of a degree to ensure best fit each and every time.

A healthy stock of all our standard profiles is maintained ensuring the quickest turn around for you the customer and can be supplied with extension joints and end caps for ease of installation and to ensure a quality finish once installed.
